Past
The Aroma Company started partly by accident in 1993 by Simon Harrop, now CEO of multi sensory agency Brand sense.
‘’One evening I was at a party - it wasn't a very good party, we were talking work - I suggested that the sense of smell might be a good way to engage consumers with brands. Convinced I was onto a good idea I started to explore and began to understand how important the sense of smell is to human emotions and memories. After several years of research and development The Aroma Company was formed and gradually we built a reputation as leaders in this highly specialised field’’.
Present
The Aroma Company is now led by Val Lord and has an excellent enthusiastic team with a wide variety of experience, knowledge and a passion for the scent marketing industry. We are very proud of the innovative, award winning and patented solutions we are able to offer clients. This is backed up by our ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude and attention to detail in the service we offer.
The Aroma Company has a range of international clients and partners:-
consumer product manufacturers, retail chains, supermarkets, agencies, independent retailers, broadcasters, point of sale manufacturers.
Future
We continue to invest in developing solutions to meet the demands of our customers, who in turn need to create innovative, multi sensory ways to gain the attention of and engage with increasingly sophisticated consumers using the sense of smell.
